Playing doctor

I think that we may just have the most sophisticated doctors' kit in the neighborhood.  And well-used too, but beware - playing doctor around here can escalate pretty quickly.  This is how a recent session went:
Reese:  "I am checking my baby's ear.  She hurting."
Me:   "Good, you can see if she has an infection."
Reese:  "Op, she needs her ear removed."
Me:  "Really?  Why?"
Reese:  "Tumors in her ear.  I remove it right now.  Then she not be sick anymore.  I'm a good doctor."

And wouldn't you know, soon enough Anya's patient needed her ear removed too.  Thankfully, the surgeons around here are very quick and thoughtful.  All procedures end well.
